My goal at Cakes by Kate is to combine your personal style and inspiration and result in a delicious piece of art that is uniquely yours. In addition to wedding cakes and cupcakes, I create all kinds of specialty cakes for birthdays, baby showers, graduations and engagements. All my cakes, frostings, and fondants are made from scratch, using fresh ingredients to ensure your custom cake tastes as good as it looks. Ladybug Birthday Cake



This was a strawberry cake, covered in vanilla almond butterceam and almond fondant, with vanilla almond buttercream flowers and lettering. This cake was for my niece Lizzy's first birthday!


Rose Cake


Chocolate cake with almond buttercream roses. This cake was delivered to my sister for her birthday. (^_^)

Ombre Cake



 
 This was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and was for an Academy Awards 2013 party.

Cupcake Bouquet



This was a hydrangea cupcake bouquet that was donated to Jubilee Partners for a silent auction this past weekend. The cupcakes were chocolate and were frosted with an almond buttercream.
